Susan Slamka is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Pennsylvania College of Technology. She regularly teaches a range of courses including General Psychology, Positive Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Psychological Disorders of Childhood, Developmental Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Experiential Interventions, and Behavior Modification. She has developed and taught numerous psychology and human service courses over her time at Penn College. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University with special focus on the treatment of children and women's issues. Dr. Slamka enjoys introducing students to the real-world applications inherent in psychology, a discipline based on scientifically demonstrated strategies that can enhance the lives of others. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and has been teaching at Penn College since 2001.
