Students at Pennsylvania College of Technology return this spring to the kitchen of the College's fine-dining restaurant, where, as part of their course work, many will spend a shift at the helm as a student manager. On Fridays at Le Jeune Chef Restaurant, dinner is prepared by students in the Regional American Cuisine course offered by the College's School of Hospitality.
Tiffini L. Lanza recently received the high honor of being named Penn College?s "Resident Assistant of the Month." An Early Childhood Education major from Perkiomenville, Lanza serves as a Resident Assistant at the College West Apartment complex.

A team of two-year construction majors at Pennsylvania College of Technology grabbed a second consecutive first-place finish during competition at this week?s National Association of Home Builders' international convention in Orlando, Fla. Its four-year counterpart finished 10th in a strong 28-school field, and saw one of its members individually honored at Thursday's awards ceremony.

A group of 22 students is going to Italy to study Art History in Rome and Naples. The group will leave Dec. 28 and will return Jan. 6. While there, they will visit the ruins of Pompeii, the Colosseum, the Capitoline Museum and Vatican City. They also will spend a day in Cerveteri, one of the richest and important ancient Etruscan cities.
