Graduation ceremonies were held June 21 for those completing the medical (office) assistant program at Pennsylvania College of Technology's North Campus near Wellsboro. Eleven students completed the nine-month clock-hour training program that prepares students for employment in medical offices and clinics.

Nine high school seniors from Tioga County recently completed the nursing assistant program at Pennsylvania College of Technology's North Campus and subsequently passed the American Red Cross Competency Exam for certification as Certified Nurse Assistants. The nine students have been attending nursing assistant classes since January.
