As anyone on either side of the Halloween give-and-take knows, the goodies can last for days (if not months!) after the trick-or-treat bags are emptied. Students in Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Physical Therapist Assistant Club harvested a plentiful crop to benefit The Cupboard at Penn College, an on-campus food pantry that assists students and their families. A recent weeklong initiative by Pennsylvania College of Technology students and employees turned retired cafeteria trays into platforms for the most successful campaign yet to benefit the on-campus food pantry. The Cupboard, opened in September 2016 adjacent to the CC Commons dining unit, has seen a 30-percent increase in usage by students this fall.

"Concentration" is the mantra for these campers, spreading the groundwork in their makeshift kitchen. Smiles are just one of the healthy ingredients on display in the Keystone Dining Room.
