First-year Pennsylvania College of Technology student Brandon S. Berry, 18, of Jersey Shore, diedAug. 19in an automobile accident on Route 220 in Woodward Township, Lycoming County. Berry was enrolled in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technology-Refrigeration major. His parents both are employed at Penn College.

The annual Student Organization Fair, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. today, was moved into the Bush Campus Center. News from Penn College's internal Governance system is available online. The expanded site features the history, structure and function of the Governance system, as well as committee listings, functions, business and rosters. In the past few years, elections have been conducted through a pared-down version of the site. Future plans for the Web site include publication of monthly committee reports.

Information Technology Services has implemented an advanced version of NetMail for students.
