Do you know where to find computer help?

  • Students can visit the open computer lab in ATHS, Room E204; dial ext. 7154, or send an e-mail . Student employees will assist you with everything from troubleshooting computer problems to resolving Internet-connection issues. For more information, visit the Student Help Desk Web page .
  • Employees can contact the ITS Help Desk at ext. 7329 or by e-mail . Help Desk staff can assist with computer problems, equipment loans, software requests and more. For additional information, visit the ITS Help Desk Web page .
Employees, please help us keep GroupWise running efficiently by deleting any unneeded messages. Don't forget your Sent Items and Trash folders, which may be consuming a substantial amount of network file space if they contain messages with file attachments.
