An all-College reception was held Tuesday afternoon in the Thompson Professional Development Center for Dr. William H. Feddersen, president of Williamsport Area Community College from 1974-80. Dr. Feddersen will tour the main campus and other College sites and meet with current and former College administrators Wednesday and Thursday.
