Students from the Occupational Therapy Assistant Club attended the American Occupational Therapy Association conference in Charlotte, N.C., from April 27-30. The students attended various workshops, short courses, poster presentations, roundtable discussions, meetings and forums.

A new address information update feature has been added to the Student Information System . Students now have the ability to change their home (permanent) address, local address and emergency-contact information through the SIS. Previously, only a student's local address could be updated on the site.

Junior-year students from Penn College's physician assistant program participated in Susquehanna Health System's Health Festival, held April 22 at the Lycoming Mall in Muncy. Under the supervision of PA-C program staff Paula D. Holmes, program coordinator, and Kathleen A. Wiegand, clinical coordinator, the students performed more than 200 blood-pressure checks.
The staff/faculty team defeated the student team 12-10 in campus softball action Friday evening. The student team started quickly by scoringthree runs in the top of the first inning; the staff/faculty team struck right back by scoringfour in the bottom of the first.
