Members of The Pennsylvania State University Board of Trustees and the Corporation for Penn State visited Pennsylvania College of Technology on Sept. 10.
Greek Week began with formal expansion of the Pennsylvania College of Technology community to include two sororities – Alpha Sigma Alpha and Sigma Sigma Sigma, both of which held bid days on Aug. 30. Pennsylvania College of Technology held its Summer Commencement ceremony at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at the Community Arts Center in Williamsport. Andrew R. Christoffel, of Lancaster, awarded a bachelor’s degree in environmental technology management, was student speaker for the event.
Pennsylvania College of Technology hosted its 10th annual residential SMART Girls (Science and Math Applications in Real World Technologies for Girls) program July 11-15. Thirty-six girls participated in the program, which is for young women entering ninth and 10th grades.
