Penn College held another successful Welcome Weekend on Aug. 15-16, offering students introductions to new friends and new surroundings alike. Other activities ranged from informational sessions and other orientation opportunities to a campus festival, hypnotist, fireworks display ... and a chance for one lucky student to win free tuition for the semester.
