Two of Penn College's recent Students of the Month were among Thursday's honorees at Williamsport City Hall, where they were received by Mayor Gabriel J. More than 100 student leaders gathered in the Bush Campus Center on Saturday for the sixth annual Student Leadership Conference, the theme of which was personal growth and development.
