Two of Penn College's recent Students of the Month were among Thursday's honorees at Williamsport City Hall, where they were received by Mayor Gabriel J. Campana and officially introduced during the City Council meeting. Among those honoredduring the College Town portion of the evening were Jessica L. Tobias, a graphic design major from Cogan Station, and Joshua W. Brunk, who graduated with a degree in hospitality management in May and now works in Hershey. (
