For the second season in a row, Penn College baseball coach Chris Howard has been named the Penn State University Athletic Conference Coach of the Year. During the recently completed season, Howard guided the Wildcats to a 28-3 PSUAC record and their second straight conference championship. Overall, Penn College was 36-9. "I'm excited.
