The recipients, Kirk D. Evans of South Williamsport, and Rebecca A. Weaver, Williamsport, are entering a health sciences major, were born at Williamsport Hospital and graduated from high school this year.

The Nathaniel Project is a program designed to assist current Pennsylvania College of Technology students who have questions or concerns about the use of alcohol and other drugs. An informal program, The Nathaniel Project is based on the self-help and drop-in models of service. Students who have knowledge of substance abuse staff the office as peer consultants.

The Gallery at Penn College on the main campus of Pennsylvania College of Technology will host the works of artist Leonard Ragouzeos from Aug. 24 to Sept. 17. Ragouzeos' work with India ink will be part of the show, "In Black and White." He is a professor in the art department at Millersville University where, since 1980, he has taught graphic design, basic design, calligraphy and typography.
To control rising printing costs and ensure all students have fair access to campus printing resources, Pennsylvania College of Technology is implementing a student printing quota for Fall 2004. Over the past several years, Information Technology Services has seen an alarming increase in the volume of printing and associated costs.
