Media Services reminds the campus community that support is available for Penn College's audiovisual equipment.
Staff and faculty can contact Media Services to report equipment problems, arrange for audio/video duplicating, schedule equipment training and request loaner equipment. Available items include portable laptops with data projectors, digital cameras, video recorders, cassette players and slide projectors.
Requests for media assistance can be made through the ITS Help Desk at Ext. 7329 or via e-mail.
Support staff are available from 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday. After 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, a technician may be reached by calling the Help Desk and selecting menu option 3.
When classes are not in session, support is available from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
