During a year in which athletics programs across the nation saw a return to near normalcy for the first time since 2018-19, Pennsylvania College of Technology teams had plenty to celebrate during their eighth season as a member of the United East Conference and fifth season as a full-fledged member of the NCAA.

Pennsylvania College of Technology’s women’s softball team shattered the program’s consecutive win streak record last week, while a consistent second-day effort on Sunday lifted the men’s golf team to a third-place finish at the United East Conference Championships.
Pennsylvania College of Technology’s men’s golf team will defend its United East championship Saturday and Sunday at Rancocas Golf Club in Willingboro, New Jersey, and, despite what first-year coach Rob Lytle termed “the worst weather ever in a spring season (for golf),” he said his Wildcats are focused. “The spring season really has been driven by weather, (but) that’s how spring seasons go.
For the second week in a row, the Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team was perfect – in more ways than one – as it increased its NCAA era-record win streak to 11 games. The Wildcats also have won 15 of their last 16. On Tuesday in United East action, Penn College swept SUNY Morrisville, 27-3 in five innings and 13-1 in six innings.
Pennsylvania College of Technology baseball and softball teams each went 4-0 in games last week and improved their positions in the United East standings. The UE-leading softball team has won five in a row and nine of its last 10. Baseball When the Wildcats edged Penn State Harrisburg on April 2, it marked their first win in seven tries against the Lions.
