During season-ending races on Saturday at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Region Cross-Country Championships in Newville, the Pennsylvania College of Technology men placed 27th and the women 30th. Student-athlete Dean R. Fulton, a business administration: marketing concentration major from Palmyra, is no stranger to hard work.
