Pennsylvania College of Technology's Web site has won two prestigious awards in The Communicator Awards 2003 Print Media competition. The College Web site was honored with "Awards of Distinction" in both the "Design/Web Site" and "Web Site/Overall Site" competition categories. The Communicator Awards is an international competition recognizing outstanding work in the communications field.
A free information session on training available through WEDnetPA (the Workforce and Economic Development Network of Pennsylvania) and PA WIN (the Pennsylvania Workforce Improvement Network) will be held at Pennsylvania College of Technology's North Campus on Thursday, May 29. The Technology Transfer Center at Pennsylvania College of Technology will offer yoga courses this summer for beginners, as well as those with some experience. "Introduction to Yoga A Beginning Practice" will be offered on Tuesdays, May 20 through June 24, and again from July 8 to Aug. 12. The class will meet from 4:45 to 6:15 p.m. for both six-week sessions.
