The Gallery at Penn College on the main campus of Pennsylvania College of Technology will host "Schemata," a collection of mixed-media artwork by Gretchen Moyer, from Jan. 17 to Feb. 10. An opening reception will take place Tuesday, Jan. 17, from 3:30 to 6 p.m., with an artist's talk at 4 p.m.
