The Penn College Welding Department has become an automotive welding qualification test site for I-CAR, an international, not-for-profit training organization. Four members of the College's welding faculty − James W. Fox, Robert M. Vaughn, David R. Cotner and Michael J. Nau − successfully completed training Nov. 3-4 to become certified test administrators.
