Pennsylvania College of Technology on Thursday kicked off Legacy Day, a 24-hour celebration to unite alumni, faculty, staff, students and the campus community in honoring President Davie Jane Gilmour’s transformational leadership. An exhibition displaying the architectural design work of 20 seniors in the architecture and sustainable design major at Pennsylvania College of Technology will be on display April 8-15 in The Gallery at Penn College. A reception for “Architecture & Sustainable Design: Senior Capstone Projects” will be held from 4 to 6 p.m.

The campus community gathered at UPMC Field on Wednesday afternoon for the centerpiece of a weeklong "Yellow It Out" campaign for suicide prevention and awareness: a men's lacrosse game against Alvernia University.

After being canceled at the last minute due to the emerging COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and held as a virtual event during the 2021 school year, BLaST Intermediate Unit 17 and Pennsylvania College of Technology hosted their annual Transition Conference in person on Thursday in the college's Klump Academic Center.

Projections of a robust job market for the Class of 2022 were supported by employer participation at Pennsylvania College of Technology’s recent in-person Spring Career Fair. More than 230 companies, offering thousands of job and internship opportunities, met with about 1,000 students at the daylong event, split between the college’s Field House and Bardo Gymnasium.
