Lynn Eckrote has been named director of the Physician Assistant Program at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Eckrote, who had served as a clinical director before being named interim director of the program, began her employment at Penn College in 2014.

Michael J. Reed has been named dean of the School of Sciences, Humanities & Visual Communications at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Reed, who had served as interim dean for the school since July, has more than 20 years of leadership, teaching and counseling experience.

Joseph G. Sick A memorial service will be held Saturday for Joseph G. Sick, a longtime faculty member at both of Penn College’s predecessors (Williamsport Technical Institute and Williamsport Area Community College) and first director of the Earth Science Center. He retired as a professor emeritus in 1983 after 34 years' employment.
