Wendy A. Miller has been named director of academic services at Pennsylvania College of Technology, effective July 1. Miller began her employment at Penn College in 2004. Most recently, she served as assistant registrar. In her new position, she has responsibility for student academic issues, including oversight of academic-review processes, appeals and re-enrollment.
