Donald L. Belles Donald L. Belles, a former assistant professor of HVAC technology who also served as interim/temporary dean of construction and design technologies, died Tuesday at age 64. An obituary for Belles, who was employed at Penn College (and its predecessor, Williamsport Area Community College) from August 1984 to July 2001, has been posted to the Sanders Mortuary website.

An instructor in Pennsylvania College of Technology’s diesel equipment technology program has been honored with Caterpillar Inc.'s annual Pathfinder to Excellence faculty award. Mark E. Sones, who teaches in the School of Transportation & Natural Resources Technologies, received the award during a recent advisory meeting of Caterpillar officials and dealers.
