Services Monday for Former Member of HVAC Faculty, School Administration

Donald L. BellesDonald L. Belles, a former assistant professor of HVAC technology who also served as interim/temporary dean of construction and design technologies, died Tuesday at age 64. An obituary for Belles, who was employed at Penn College (and its predecessor, Williamsport Area Community College) from August 1984 to July 2001, has been posted to the Sanders Mortuary website.
