Intramural champs keep road game close. The Penn College intramural indoor soccer champions traveled to Lock Haven University on Wednesday night for an extramural game – and what a game it turned out to be! At two minutes in, Penn College's Abdullah Muaddi got the scoring started. LHU answered with a goal three minutes later to tie the game at one, then added a goal two minutes after that.

The Pennsylvania College of Technology baseball team already has achieved its fourth consecutive 20-plus win season, it now is 21-10 overall, but coach Chris Howard is hopeful of much more. “We’re shooting to win a championship, not just a conference title, but we have hopes about going to nationals and winning that as well,” said Howard, in his eighth season. “The 20 wins are great.
The Penn College Martial Arts Team closed out its 2013-14 season Saturday with a training seminar and belt-promotion testing. Approximately 50 people from various clubs joined Penn College's Mathew D. Johnson, Alexander J. Hilton, Jeremy P. Hansen, Lewis C. Muya, Eric M. Russell, Carlos A. Ramos-Sonera, Brayan S. On a sunny Sunday afternoon, the Penn College baseball and softball teams honored five graduating members from its 2014 teams. Baseball honored Cody and Zachary Buterbaugh and Joshua Longsderff while softball paid tribute to Rachael Shaeffer and Kimberly Walter.
Pennsylvania College of Technology baseball, softball and archery teams are preparing for postseason play while the men’s tennis team concluded its season last week and the college received word that it is on track in its bid to become a Division III member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
The National Collegiate Athletic Association has granted Pennsylvania College of Technology provisional membership in Division III, the largest NCAA division both in number of participants and participating schools. The announcement comes a year after Penn College was approved for exploratory membership status in Division III for 2013-14.
