Art and music combine in a fitting arena on Feb. 24 with an afternoon of classical guitar music to kick off "In Perfect Harmony: The Concert Series in The Gallery at Penn College." Alphonse Ciaccio, a 1993 alumnus of Pennsylvania College of Technology, presents the series' inaugural concert in the gallery, on the third floor of the college's Madigan Library, at 2 p.m.

Pennsylvania College of Technology announces its dean's list for the Fall 2007 semester.

An alumnus has established a scholarship fund at Pennsylvania College of Technology to honor the memory of his late parents. Jeffrey L. Erdly, a 1972 graduate of Penn College predecessor institution Williamsport Area Community College, plans to make an annual award of $1,000 through the Carl and Bonnie Erdly Memorial Scholarship, which honors his father and mother.

Pennsylvania College of Technology on Saturday presented Alumni Citizenship/Humanitarian Awards to Diane L. Dorner and Lester J. Loner, both of Williamsport. The Alumni Citizenship/Humanitarian Award recognizes graduates of Penn College (and forerunners Williamsport Area Community College and the Williamsport Technical Institute) who provide distinguished community or volunteer service.

An automotive graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technologyhas received the Technician of the Future award, sponsored by Mitchell 1 and the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Colin N. Hoffard, of Willow Street, recognized for having the highest score in North America on the ASE exam, waspresented withthe honor during a Nov.
