SkillsUSA-VICA is a national organization serving 250,000 high-school and college students and professional members in training programs for technical occupations.

The Pennsylvania College of Technology Board of Directors today honored a retiring director and welcomed a new member. The Board granted "board member emerita" status to retiring director Kathryn Wentzel Lumley for her 24 years of service, including 11 years on the board of Williamsport Area Community College, a predecessor institution of Penn College. Pennsylvania College of Technology's Board of Directors onThursday approved an Operating Budget of $60,274,868 and established tuition rates and related fees for the upcoming 2002-03 academic year. The Operating Budget is an increase of $4,409,447 (7.9 percent) over the current year.
