By Juli Reppert, student writer/photographer Terrance Cuff, better known to his fans as "Miztasand," is the host of "The Sandman Show" on Pennsylvania College of Technology's radio station WPTC 88.1 FM, where he has attracted a diverse fan base. WPTC streams live on the Web; as a result, anyone around the world with an Internet connection can tune in the station's radio programs.

A study by the director of instructional technology and distance learning at Pennsylvania College of Technology resulted in "best paper" honors at the Distance Learning Administration 2006 Conference, held June 4-7 in Jekyll Island, Ga.

The Pennsylvania College of Technology Board of Directors on Thursday approved continuing for the 2006-07 fiscal year the college's voluntary $100,000 contribution to the City of Williamsport. The board's action also continues the provision for $15,000 in tuition credits to city employees.

The Architectural Woodwork Institute will host a program of "graduate level" courses, clinics, seminars and workshops for professional architectural woodworkers during its Career and Technology Education Week from June 20-24 at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Sessions will take place at the college's main campus in Williamsport and at the nearby Hermance Machine Co. William F.
