The Bursar's Office at Pennsylvania College of Technology is responsible for the billing and collection of student tuition and fees, as well as the disbursement of financial aid funds.

Tuition and fees will be the same regardless of the mode of instruction that is used. Your tuition and fees are in exchange for learning, academic credit, and certain non-academic services that will be provided, whether they are offered in-person, in a hybrid environment, or entirely remotely.

November 4, 2024 - December 16, 2024

Request Optional Services (dining plan and parking permit) to be included on the Spring 2025 electronic bill.

November 18, 2024

Spring 2025 electronic bills available on the Student Portal. 

December 16, 2024

Spring 2025 tuition is due.

Payment must be in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on this date; this is not a mail-by or postmark-by date. A $50 late fee will be charged to the student's account if the payment is received after this date.

January 13, 2025

2nd Spring 2025 deferred payment due.

February 10, 2025

3rd Spring 2025 deferred payment due

March 10, 2025

4th Spring 2025 deferred payment due.

April 7, 2025
