Feng shui, an ancient Chinese art offering insights into the design and placement of buildings and the objects within them as a means of achieving harmony with the environment, will be the topic of a May 22 program at the Pennsylvania College of Technology Library. Dorothy J. Gerring, associate professor of architecture at Penn College, will present the program, which begins at noon.
