A student from the Lewisburg Area School District is the fourth recipient of a scholarship established at Pennsylvania College of Technology to honor the memory of the late wife of state Sen. Dean L. Solomon, 42, of Old Lycoming Township, a senior enrolled in the computer information technology-data communications and networking major and a Penn College employee, died this week. In his honor, a brick will be placed in the memorial walkway at the entrance to the college, and the college flag will be at half-staff.
