The American Red Cross was"excited and very surprised"aboutthe turnout for Wednesday's Bloodmobile at the Bush Campus Center, where a total of 177 individuals registered to give blood and 175 pints were collected achievingthe goal of 145. Dennis R. Dorward, an associate professor of building construction management at Pennsylvania College of Technology, recently earned a doctorate from the Indiana State University. Dorward, whose research was in construction project scheduling, was awarded a Ph.D. in technology management with a construction management specialization.
