The second annual Quad College and University Business Plan Challenge is open to full- or part-time students at Pennsylvania College of Technology, Lycoming College, Mansfield University and Lock Haven University. The College Store announces the introduction of a new class-ring program through a partnership with Jostens, the leading class-ring supplier in the country. The ring designs were chosen and approved by Penn College students and the Student Government Association. Class rings are available in two designs, for male or female graduates.
