Students enrolled in PNP495, the capstone course for graphic communications management students, recently visited six printing companies in the Baltimore area as guests of printing-press manufacturer Komori. While on the two-day trip, students visited both small- and large-size printers that produce a wide variety of materials.

This year's Homecoming competition raised an "astounding" $2,391.82 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Student Activities Office has announced. Crowned at Saturday's Homecoming Dance in Penn's Inn were Rose Street Apartments' Kim Erdman and Tyler Wetzel.

The next Medical Assistant class at Pennsylvania College of Technology's North Campus, located three miles east of Wellsboro, is scheduled to begin in April. An information session is planned for 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27. The session will allow participants to ask questions about applying to the program, employment opportunities and financial aid.
