Robert M. "Spyke" Krepshaw, of Elysburg, a senior in Pennsylvania College of Technology's School of Business and Computer Technologies, has been chosen as the Student Government Association's "Student of the Month" for January.

William Ma, associate professor of mathematics at Pennsylvania College of Technology, made presentations recently at an international workshop and conference, both held in India. Ma attended the "International Workshop on Quasi-conformal Mappings and Their Applications," held in Chennai, India, from Dec. 27 to Jan. 1.

Vinay Bahl, associate professor of sociology at Pennsylvania College of Technology, recently had two articles published, one in a German journal. Bahl's article "The House of Tata" was published in the book "History of World Trade Since 1450," edited by John J. McClusker and published by Macmillan Reference USA, a division of Thompson Gale.
