More than 400 students have petitioned to graduate in December from Pennsylvania College of Technology, which will hold a commencement ceremony at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16, at the Community Arts Center in Williamsport. The student speaker will be Samuel D.

The Automotive Department is accepting vehicles this semester (1996 model year or newer) in need of brake, steering and suspension repairs. Students also are performing pre-state inspections; they cannot put new stickers on your vehicle, but can determine what is needed to pass inspection and in most cases make the necessary repairs.

Amanda G. LeClair, a dental hygiene-health policy and administration major from Reading, has been selected by the Student Government Association as its "Student of the Month" for November. LeClair chairs the Wildcat Events Board, participates in SGA, is a student liaison with Penn College Food Services and works at the Student Activities desk.

The creative forces behind the top holiday cards designed by student organizations and campus offices/departments were honored during Wednesday's traditional lighting ceremony outside the ATHS. The Penn College Motorsports Association captured the top student prize, followed by Gamma Epsilon Tau in second and the Penn College Construction Association, third.
