While much of the Penn College community dodged puddles and found umbrellas useless against the wind-whipped downpour Friday, Deborah C. Books, secretary to the assistant dean and library/computer assistant in the School of Natural Resources Management, captured this bright spot amid the afternoon clouds: a rainbow over the Schneebeli Earth Science Center.
