Scholarship applications are being accepted for the Fall 2007 semester, notes Pennsylvania College of Technology's director of financial aid, who encourages eligible new and current students to apply online. "Scholarships are a major focus for students attending Penn College," Dennis L. Correll said. "This year, we awarded $700,000 worth of scholarships to more than 600 students.

While much of the Penn College community dodged puddles and found umbrellas useless against the wind-whipped downpour Friday, Deborah C.
