Three business and leadership-related classes, taught through Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology, are scheduled for the coming months. The classes are: Enhancing Client Relationship Skills: Creating Win-Win Solutions (BSM 344) 1 to 4 p.m.

A longtime proponent of STEM education in the United States is giving students at Pennsylvania College of Technology valuable hands-on experience through its donation of plastics processing equipment. As part of its i3 Give corporate giving program, Covestro LLC has donated a complete advanced co-extrusion sheet processing unit to Penn College.

Instruction in two Microsoft Office programs – OneNote and Excel – is among the many enrichment classes available through Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology. All of the sessions will be in Room 134 of the Center for Business & Workforce Development, 1127 W.

Five business-related classes, equally suitable for individual or group instruction, are offered this season at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Each of the three-hour noncredit courses, which are taught through Workforce Development & Continuing Education at the college, will be held in Room 312 of the college’s Klump Academic Center.

The Society of Plastics Engineers' PlastiVan program recently visited Penn College to educate area students about the wonders of plastics and the rich career opportunities in the field. Students enjoyed hands-on activities revealing the power of plastics and toured the college's plastics labs.

Two components of Front-Line Supervisor leadership training will be offered this spring through Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Each course runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on two successive Wednesdays in Room 312 of the college’s Klump Academic Center.

Pennsylvania College of Technology personnel are teaming up with MANTEC, a leading consultant to manufacturers in Southcentral Pennsylvania, for four sessions at next month’s fifth Business Growth Conference in Lancaster County. The conference will be from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. March 30 at the Spooky Nook Sports complex, 75 Champ Blvd., Manheim.

Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology continues its outreach to northern Pennsylvania with a variety of courses this season. Instruction in two of Adobe Systems’ creative software programs will be offered this spring through Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology. An Adobe Illustrator class will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 7.
