A commencement ceremony will be held Saturday, Dec. 19, for the nearly 260 Pennsylvania College of Technology students who have petitioned to graduate after the Fall 2015 semester. The ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. in the Community Arts Center, 220 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.
