The Lumley Aviation Center proved to be a popular venue for Friday's 17th annual reunion for graduates of Williamsport Technical Institute, a Penn College predecessor from 1941-65. Alumni and their guests, totaling about 75 attendees, enjoyed swapping stories, savoring lunch and listening to remarks by President Davie Jane Gilmour.
Pennsylvania College of Technology recently held induction ceremonies for three honor society chapters, among the institution's traditional end-of-semester activities in celebration of student accomplishment. A number of this year's Alpha Chi inductees attend a ceremony in the PDC.
While many joke about the poor eating habits of college students, Dining Services staff at Pennsylvania College of Technology has taken measures to combat a heartbreakingly unfunny reality. A survey by Dining Services found that 58.9 percent of respondents have skipped a meal at least once because they did not have the money or resources to eat.
