Wednesday, April 26, 2017
A Tuesday celebration in Penn's Inn marked this year's 30th anniversary of Penn College's Governance system. About 100 members of the campus community – students, deans and faculty/staff – stopped by for coffee and cookies, chatted with representatives about the role of internal governance at the college, and shared ideas for the future. A brief PowerPoint presentation highlighted the history and significant accomplishments of Governance. Among those on hand to visit with were Tina M. Evans, associate professor of applied health studies, chair; Edward J. Almasy, associate professor of electronics, vice chair; and Craig A. Miller, associate professor of history/political science.
