CendomaCollege Informationand Community Relations intern Pennsylvania College of Technology's radio station, WPTC-FM, is home to "The Way," a weekly radio show that focuses on religion and spirituality and features interviews with individuals from both the college and the community. The show, which debuted in September, airs at 7 a.m. on Saturdays.

Jessica L. Tobias, a graphic design major from Cogan Station, has been chosen as the Student Government Association's latest Student of the Month. An exhibition of student photography is on display in Bookmarks in the Madigan Library. The photographs are part of student work completed for the Commercial Photography course (PHO230) taught by Gary R. DiPalma, instructor of graphic design, in the Spring 2007 semester. Mass media communication students at Pennsylvania College of Technology created public-service announcements for area nonprofit agencies that began airing locally on cable television in early April. Comcast, the cable-service provider for the Williamsport area, has donated airtime to run the PSAs on its cable stations. The first PSA began airing this month; each will run for about three weeks.
