This year’s Community Challenge supporting the Salvation Army of Williamsport raised $12,000, thanks to the efforts of numerous volunteers and participants including many from Pennsylvania College of Technology. On Nov. 12, the final event in the Community Challenge series, a 5K run/walk was held at Williamsport Area High School.
More than 25 female students and faculty from Pennsylvania College of Technology demonstrated their commitment to technology by attending a recent statewide event in Harrisburg. Blood drive to be held Nov. 9-10 A total of 162 pints of blood was collected during a Nov. 9-10 stop in Penn's Inn, topping the 79-pint daily goal set by Penn College Health Services and the American Red Cross.
