Paul R. Watson II, dean of academic services and college transitions at Pennsylvania College of Technology, has been named to the board of directors of the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships. Watson will chair the Governmental Relations Committee for the board.

Manufacturing students at Pennsylvania College of Technology are the beneficiaries of a recent equipment donation from the owners of a company with strong ties to the institution. Pennsylvania College of Technology hosted nearly 100 K-12 educators Friday to talk about technology education, the skills gap in the U.S. workforce and how they can work together to help students transition from high school to college. The educators – many of whom are school counselors and administrators – traveled from as far away as Erie, Pittsburgh and Chester County.
