Pennsylvania College of Technology alumnus Alfonse Ciaccio will return to The Gallery at Penn College on Oct. 11 to present "The Good, the True and the Beautiful: An Afternoon of Classical Guitar Music." Ciaccio, a 1993 graduate, will perform from 1 to 2:30 p.m. He plans to feature pieces by classical and contemporary composers from around the world.

A German priest who miraculously survived a World War II concentration camp and escaped a death march will deliver a message of hope beyond suffering when he appears at Pennsylvania College of Technology in October. The Rev. Hermann Scheipers will speak from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, in the Klump Academic Center Auditorium.

The Gallery at Penn College, on the third floor of Pennsylvania College of Technology's Madigan Library, will host "Were You There? The Evolution of a College Campus" from Oct. 6 to Nov. 8.
