The Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s tennis team got off to a great start in its spring season opener Saturday, the archery squad had another good showing last weekend and the college’s baseball team is set to resume its season. With their campaigns recently ended, Pennsylvania College of Technology men’s and women’s basketball coaches took some time to reflect on their respective seasons while the baseball team got its season underway. Men’s Basketball “Obviously, record-wise (3-21 overall) it was a little disappointing,” first-year coach Ryan Callahan said.

Pennsylvania College of Technology's Athletics Department hosted its second annual Girls & Women in Sports Day Clinic on Saturday. Sixteen student-athletes from softball, soccer, volleyball and basketball instructed more than 35 local elementary-aged girls in their respective sports. Each girl had the opportunity to participate in all four sports.
Baseball and softball openers loom for Pennsylvania College of Technology with early-season games scheduled in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, while seasons ended last week for the men’s and women’s basketball teams with two Wildcat players earning all-North Eastern Athletic Conference honors for the first time.
The season ended this past week for Pennsylvania College of Technology wrestlers, and the basketball season will conclude Tuesday with road games. Wrestling Competing last Sunday in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association National Championships at Penn State’s Rec Hall, Penn College finished fifth among 11 teams with 65.5 points.
