Fluid Mechanics

CET242

Introduction to the principles governing the properties of fluids in motion and at rest. Topics include static forces arising from the weight of fluid at rest, dynamic forces created when fluids are set in motion, fluid flow in pipes and open channels, friction and energy losses, fluid measurements, and pump operation and design.
