Comprehensive study of pre-calculus algebra and trigonometry and introductory matrix theory. Topics include exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions, models and their graphs; analytic trigonometry; trigonometric equations; trigonometric form of complex numbers; multivariable systems of linear equations; and matrices. Emphasis on conceptual understanding, problem solving, and integration of graphing technology, using the language, symbols, and algorithms of algebra and trigonometry. (formerly MTH182)
